A Heartfelt Holiday Thank You from Midwest Border Collie Rescue
 

This season, our hearts are full thanks to the incredible dogs who inspired our Holiday Giving Tree. Each wagging tail, each rescue story, and each joyful new beginning has helped support Midwest Border Collie Rescue in making the holidays a little brighter.

If a Border Collie has claimed your heart, you already know their magic: that irresistible blend of mischief and genius, boundless curiosity, and a gaze that says, "Let's herd the world together." They're not just dogs—they're loyal sidekicks, quirky comedians, and endless sources of laughter, snuggles, and unwavering devotion. In a world that moves fast, they remind us to pause, play, and love fiercely.

Our all-volunteer team pulls dozens of Border Collies from the brink each year—nursing them through medical recoveries, soothing their spirits, and matching them with families who'll cherish them forever. But with rising vet bills and more rescues than ever, we operate in the red, pouring every resource into the dogs who need us most.
